Can I book online myself with the group code?
Yes—enter our wedding group code on the Guests page, then ask Zara to confirm your completed reservation is linked to our group. View the online booking steps.
Do the trip estimates include flights?
Yes. The estimated trip budgets include only your room share and a $700 roundtrip-flight allowance per adult. Airfare is a planning estimate and is not automatically included in your room reservation. The room-only prices exclude airfare. Confirm your actual room and flight prices before booking.
How long can I stay, and when should I arrive?
Stay at least 3 nights, arrive by August 24, and depart after the wedding. Longer stays are welcome. See booking steps and the celebration schedule.
Is there a booking deadline? Are rooms being held?
Rooms are first come, first served; the group code alone does not hold a room. Ask Zara about availability, any guest booking cutoff and your reservation’s payment dates, which are separate from the wedding RSVP deadline. View the room-hold option.
What is the deposit, and can I make payments?
The quoted hold option starts at $98 and reaches a $400 total room deposit after 21 days; the deposit counts toward your room cost. Confirm the option, automatic charges, deadlines and any additional payment arrangements with Zara. See room hold & payments.
Are children welcome at the resort?
Beaches is a family resort; give Zara each child’s age at travel for an accurate room quote. Wedding attendance follows your invitation, so check with Stephanie and Anthony if you are unsure who is included. See travel-document guidance for children.
Is this an all-inclusive resort? Are meals and alcohol included?
Yes—your stay includes unlimited meals, snacks and included alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, plus standard airport transfers and many activities. Alcohol is for guests of legal drinking age; optional experiences and premium selections cost extra. See inclusions & paid extras.
How much should I save each payday?
Use a sample savings plan or enter your actual costs and available savings in the calculator. The examples include a roundtrip-flight allowance; your reservation’s payment deadlines take priority over the savings goal. View savings plans or open the calculator.
Can I book somewhere else or stay off the resort?
You can book directly through Beaches using our group code. Contact Zara before using a third-party seller so she can confirm whether the reservation can be linked to our wedding group.
Speak with the couple and Zara before booking an off-resort stay. The resort requires at least 80% of the wedding group to stay onsite. Up to 20% may attend from offsite, and those guests must purchase wedding passes. Space is limited; confirm approval, pass prices and access hours before booking elsewhere.
Is there a group spa benefit?
Our wedding group receives a 15% discount on eligible individual Red Lane Spa services. Salon services, couples massages, bridal packages and retail products are excluded.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Check your reservation’s refund deadline, penalties and nonrefundable charges before paying. Flights, extras and travel insurance may have separate terms. See payment and cancellation guidance.
What time is the wedding, and what should I wear?
The ceremony begins at 5 PM on August 25, 2027, local resort time. See the full schedule and dress-code updates.
Who should I contact for assistance during the wedding events?
Contact our booking representative, Zara, or our planner, Sushane, privately about mobility support, dietary needs or other wedding-event assistance. Find their email addresses and phone numbers. Contact Zara before travel for accessible rooms or airport-transfer assistance.
Do I need a passport? What about children?
For U.S. citizens traveling internationally by air, each traveler—including children—needs a valid passport book. A passport card is not valid for international air travel.
Check the Turks & Caicos entry rules and U.S. State Department travel information for current passport-validity and child-travel requirements. Travelers with other citizenships should check the rules for their passport.
